Recent government regulations have introduced new tariffs on imported goods, applying to products from all countries of origin. These fees are determined and collected by Customs authorities at the time of delivery.
Please note that all international orders now include duty and tariff charges in your order total at checkout. These fees are assessed and collected directly by the delivery carrier and, unfortunately, remain outside of our control.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, we can issue a refund for the product(s) only; however, shipping costs, handling fees, tariffs, and duties are non-refundable.
