One of the rare registered cultivars and only a couple of tea farms in Japan grow it organically. This is from our award-winning tea farm in Kyoto, of which also produces our KURI, KIKYO & UME.

It has an interesting flavor profile of Asahi the beer. It’s malty, hint of vanilla and aroma of steamed green. Great for USUCHA.
