We're going back to Minami Kyushu this October again! We're excited to announce that Ei-cho Ceremonial is making a comeback as well! When we first launched it back in 2021, it was very well-received!

In 2018, I spent about 5 days in Kagoshima prefecture driving across farm lands and tea fields, plus a tea processing plant tour at Japan Agriculture Association in Chiran, Minamikyushu. I’ve learnt so much about tea agriculture and processing, and drank so much delicious matcha there!

So now I’m excited to bring the freshest Kagoshima matcha, EI-CHO ceremonial in 30g retail pouches in store and online.

Flavor profile: natural sweet nuttiness, grassy, umami, with a slight astringent finish.
