Why we choose glass straws?
Glass straws are safe, easy to wash, tasteless and no coating. We find most metal straws on the market have a layer of color coating that may be worn off over time (and may get into our drinks). Sometimes metal straws also leave a metal taste in mouth that some may find it unpleasant. 

Silicone straws are too soft to poke through a regular cold cup lid (on those days that you forget your reusable cup!), so we have decided on a happy medium: Borosilicate glass straw! Borosilicate glass can stand extreme heat and sudden temperature drops, making it dishwasher safe and easier to clean.
